Job Description

An important company in the transportation and logistics sector is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join its work team.

We are looking for a Technologist or Professional in Logistics, Logistics Management, Customer Service or related careers, with experience in coordinating transportation operations, customer service and shipment monitoring.

Main functions:

Coordinate and schedule dispatches, assigning vehicles according to the requirements of each client.
Manage operational documentation, including loading orders, shipments, manifests and route plans through the corporate system.
Maintain permanent communication with clients and transporters, guaranteeing compliance with service levels.
Verify the documentation and legal requirements of vehicles and drivers to ensure compliance with current regulations.
Monitor goods in transit and timely manage the developments presented during the operation.
Negotiate freight and manage advance payments to transporters when necessary.
Control fulfillments and delivery supports to guarantee the traceability of each service.
Support the billing process for services provided.

Requirements:

Technologist or Professional in Logistics, Logistics Management, Customer Service or related areas.
Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, transportation, operations or customer service.
Management of office tools.
Knowledge of business software.
Excellent service orientation, assertive communication and ability to work towards objectives.

Working conditions:

Work mode: Remote.
Linking place: Bogotá.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 5:30 p.m. m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. m. to 12:00 m.
Salary to be agreed upon, plus connectivity assistance and commissions.
