The activities to be carried out are:
-Organization and remote management of guest check-in
-Communication through messages with guests and resolution of incidents on the spot
-Coordination with suppliers
-Organization and monitoring of cleaning and maintenance staff
-Management of platforms and reservations
-Management of reports and incidents
-Purchasing and billing management
