Overview
We are looking for an Independent Recruitment, Training and Commercial Monitoring Coordinator, with real experience in selecting commercial profiles, training advisors and supporting sales teams.
Its main function will be to attract, select, train, activate and monitor commercial advisors focused on the sale of websites, ecommerce and digital services, guaranteeing order, documentation, commercial discipline and compliance with results.
Objective of the contracted service
Ensure the incorporation, training, activation and monitoring of independent commercial advisors, ensuring the fulfillment of commercial goals, the correct documentation of each sale and the adequate execution of the commercial process defined by the company.
Main functions
• Publish vacancies and search for business advisors in Colombia.
• Filter resumes, contact candidates, interview and pre-select business profiles.
• Carry out commercial induction to the selected advisors.
• Train on product, business process, objection handling, sales closing and customer documentation.
• Monitor the commercial performance of the formed team.
• Validate that each sale is correctly documented, including signed contract, payment support, complete customer data and scope of the contracted service.
• Detect failures in the commercial process and propose improvements.
• Support the structure, activation and growth of the commercial team.
• Ensure compliance with the team's minimum monthly billing goal.
Required profile
• Real experience in commercial recruitment and sales training.
• Focus on results, achievement of goals and constant monitoring.
• Leadership, organization and execution capacity.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work remotely, autonomously and for results.
• Commercial criteria to identify profiles with true sales capacity.
Essential requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, training, commercial coordination or training of sales teams.
• Experience with commercial teams, call center, digital services, marketing, software, technology or ecommerce.
• Management of interviews and selection of commercial profiles.
• Experience in onboarding and sales training.
• Management of CRM, Google Sheets, Excel or commercial monitoring tools.
• High capacity for organization, process control and execution.
Desirable requirements
• Experience in marketing, technology, ecommerce or digital services agencies.
• Experience coordinating remote teams.
• Knowledge of consultative sales.
• Handling scripts, objections and business closures.
• Ability to improve business processes and reduce errors between sales, documentation and development.
Performance indicators
• Minimum monthly billing of the team formed: $12,000,000 COP.
• Number of advisors recruited, trained and commercially activated.
• Permanence of advisors after 30 days.
• Productivity and commercial conversion of the team.
• Correctly documented sales.
• Reduction of errors between sale, contract, payment and development.
• Compliance with weekly and monthly goals of the created team.
• Quality of monitoring and order in commercial information.
Economic conditions
The connection will be through a service provision contract, under an independent and results-based modality.
There is no agreement on a fixed salary, social benefits, working hours, subordination, exclusivity or employment relationship. Payments correspond to variable fees for commercial results actually caused, validated and paid by clients.
Variable fees:
• Bonus for valid sale: $200,000 COP for each sale made by an advisor who is part of the team recruited, trained and activated by the Coordinator.
• Additional monthly bonus: $800,000 COP for achieving 16 valid sales within the same calendar month.
• Minimum monthly billing goal for the team: $12,000,000 COP.
