FUNCTIONS
- Lead personnel recruitment teams at the regional level
- 20% Field 80% office
- Recruitment and selection of personnel
- Coordination of interviews and monitoring during the selection process.
- Update and control of candidate databases.
-Leadership of personnel in different states of the republic.

REQUIREMENTS
-Management of Excel and drive
- Experience in Mass Recruitment
- Field Recruitment experience
- Experience in recruitment processes
-Data management
- Experience in KPI implementation
- Verifiable experience in previous positions similar to the vacancy
- Personnel management
