More than managing, you will inspire, develop and build profitable and sustainable results.\nWhat you will do:\nLeadership in the field\nDirect, accompany and develop the commercial team in the northern area of Colombia.\nSpend at least 50% of the time in joint visits, coaching and monitoring in the field.\nStrategic channel management\nStrengthen relationships with key distributors and actors in the agroforestry sector.\nDevelop joint business plans focused on growth profitable.\nProfitable commercial execution\nMeet sales and collection goals with discipline in prices and policies.\nPromote consultative sales based on value, not discounts.\nPlanning and analysis\nTranslate information from CRM, BI and Excel into clear commercial actions.\nCoordinate with marketing and operations to ensure comprehensive execution.\nWhat we are looking for in you:\nKey requirements\n+3 years leading commercial teams in the field (ideal in multinationals structured).\nSolid experience in managing distributors and indirect channels.\nFull availability to travel (23 weeks a month).\nManagement of CRM (ideally Microsoft Dynamics), KPI and intermediate-advanced Excel.\nSkills that make the difference\nHigh autonomy and self-management.\nDirect and transparent communication.\nInspirational leadership with a focus on results and team development.\nAbility to build long-term relationships with clients and distributors.\nPlus\nEnglish B1 or higher.\nCommercial or administrative specialization.\nCulture and development\nYou will be part of a global organization with a culture of trust, autonomy and high performance, where leadership is lived in the field and the impact is real.",
