Job Description

VAZE Realty LLC is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Real Estate Contracts and Transactions Coordinator to support our team of agents in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC and West Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase and sale contracts, listings, addenda, contingencies and other real estate forms using the information provided by agents.
• Review contracts to verify that all information is correct and complete before sending them to the firm.
• Manage electronic signatures using DocuSign.
• Open, organize and manage transaction files.
• Coordinate the complete process from the signing of the contract until the end.
• Follow up on limit closings, financing, inspections, tasks and security requirements.
• Maintain constant communication with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies and inspectors.
• Update CRM, transaction management systems and compliance files.
• Prepare weekly reports on the status of transactions.
• Support the Broker with administrative and regulatory compliance tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluid English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating real estate transactions or preparing real estate contracts in the United States.
• Experience with DocuSign, TransactionDesk, ZipForms, Dotloop or similar systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Availability to work on the East Coast of the United States.
• Reliable internet and professional remote work space.

Desirable Experience:

• Bright MLS
• Follow Up Boss
• Knowledge of residential contracts in Virginia, Maryland or Washington DC.
• Experience working for brokers or real estate teams in the United States.
