Job Description
We are looking for a Patient Coordinator with a high level of organization, empathy and communication to accompany and coordinate the care of our patients. This position is primarily patient care and operational coordination.
Main functions
-Be the main point of contact (receive and make calls, emails and portal messages) between patients, providers and the internal team
-Provide clear, empathetic and professional attention by telephone, mail and messaging
-Coordinate medical appointments: schedule, confirm, reschedule and follow up
-Guide the patient during their admission process, forms, consents and next steps
-Resolve doubts about services, processes and service times
-Follow up on pending items (laboratories, prescriptions and documentation, payments, upcoming visits)
-Maintain organized and confidential records on company platforms
-Coordinate availability of providers and patient flow
-Detect and promptly escalate clinical or sensitive situations
-Ensure a positive and continuous patient experience
-Follow the workflows established by the company and suggest improvements
Requirements
-Studies in business administration or similar
- 2 years of experience in customer service, sales
-Advanced and fluent English (oral and written) – REQUIRED
-Fluent Spanish – MANDATORY
-Experience in patient care, medical coordination, telemedicine or similar roles
-Excellent communication, order and responsibility
-Management of digital tools (agenda, CRM, spreadsheets)
-Stable Internet and remote full-time availability
-Availability: Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Lunch: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
Desirable
-Experience in clinics, wellness, hormonal health or functional medicine
-Knowledge of health processes in the US.
