From Business Consultants we are looking for an Electrical BIM/VDC Coordinator!\nWe are looking for a professional with experience in BIM/VDC, electrical modeling and construction project coordination, to join a team that works on highly complex commercial projects.\n Principals responsibilities\nInterpret and analyze construction documentation for electrical systems.\nDesign and model conduit systems according to design and construction criteria.\nDevelop and manage LOD 400 electrical models in Revit.\nPerform interference detection and resolution (clash detection) using Navisworks and Revised.\nCoordinate the electrical model with different disciplines and design equipment.\nElaborate sleeve drawings, embedded points and coordinate shop drawings.\nEnsure model accuracy and compliance with applicable codes.\nResolve modeling inconveniences and provide technical solutions.\nProvide support for field operations through coordination remote.\nOccasionally collaborate in mechanical modeling/MEP and process piping tasks.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience in BIM/VDC and modeling for construction.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in coordinating electrical projects.\nExperience in electrical installations/works (electrical trades).\nExclusive Revit, with experience in detailed electrical modeling.\nExperience working with LOD 350400 in electrical projects.\nExperience in interpreting construction documentation.\nKnowledge of Navisworks and/or Revizto.\nValue for knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM 360.\nKnowledge of MEP systems and their integration into the modeling process.\nCapacity to solve technical and coordination problems.\nGood management of communication and collaborative work in remote environments.\nAdvanced English (exclusive)\n Experience in projects such as:\nData Centers / critical infrastructure\nHealthcare / health establishments\nEducational institutions\nSemiconductor manufacturing plants\nCommercial and retail projects\nWe are looking for people with:\nExcellent communication and remote working capabilities.\nProactive and autonomous profile.\nGuidance in problem solving.\nAttention to detail and focus on quality.\n Ability to work with minimal supervision.\n Interested in incorporating new industrial tools and practices.\n If you have experience in BIM/VDC and electrical modeling in Revit, we want to know!\nBusiness Consultants\nSuit new professional challenges.
