At LikeU Studio we are looking for a Commercial Coordinator / Commercial Team Leader to lead commercial teams with good energy, focus on results and a lot of human closeness.

What will you do?
-Lead and accompany commercial teams.
-Monitor indicators, productivity and results.
-Motivate the team and maintain commercial focus.
-Detect opportunities for improvement and propose actions.
-Accompany conversations, processes and team learning.
-Help things happen, with order, judgment and good vibes.
-We are looking for someone who:
-Have experience leading commercial or sales teams.
-Move well with indicators and goals.
-Know how to communicate, motivate and accompany people.
-Have a commercial mentality, autonomy and desire to build.
-Enjoy leading from closeness, not from the “traditional boss.”
