What will your role be?
Lead, train and accompany commercial teams, monitor indicators (KPI's), detect opportunities for improvement and enhance team performance from a strategic and empathetic perspective.

We are looking for someone who:
* Have experience leading commercial teams.
* Manage business indicators and metrics with judgment.
* Know how to motivate, communicate and accompany teams closely.
* Have a commercial mentality, achievement orientation and a taste for training people.
