Here you don't just work: you build the future.\nThe opportunity\nToday we are looking for a Glosses and Returns Coordinator who wants to leave a mark on Medicarte and in the lives of our patients and their families.\nWhat will you do in your daily life?\nAnalyze the causes of glosses and returns, identifying patterns and critical areas, and develop improvement plans\nMonitor the process and key performance indicators (KPIs)\nCoordinate all stages of the gloss and returns process, from reception to final resolution, organizing and reviewing the necessary information\nSupport the billing process, audits, insurers and other internal and external actors\nOptimize the processes related to glosses and returns, incorporating technological tools and management methodologies\nOrganize and lead training for the staff involved in the process. \nVerify compliance with regulations and internal policies in each management.\nWhat requirements must you meet?\nBe a professional in administrative engineering, business administration, industrial engineering or related careers.\nHave a minimum of 2 years of experience leading areas such as billing, or glosses and returns in the health sector\nConnect with us because we offer you!\nIndefinite-term contract.\nCompetitive salary (5,271,000) + benefits extralegal.\nOpportunities for professional growth.\nTeleworking\n\nHere we are not just looking for a profile, we are looking for someone who lives our culture.
