JOB PROFILE\nPosition: Operations Coordinator\n Type: Home Office (with occasional in-person meetings)\n Schedule: Part-time (45 hours a day)\nLocation: Puebla, Mexico\nMission\nEnsure that no client is lost due to lack of follow-up, ensure timely renewal of all policies and maintain a constant generation of appointments with current and prospective clients, actively contributing to the growth of the firm.\nResponsibilities Main\n1 Control and Renewal of Policies\nManage the policy database.\nIdentify renewals 30, 60 and 90 days in advance.\nSchedule and manage reminders.\nContact clients to ensure renewal.\nProvide timely follow-up until closing.\n2 Database Management and CRM\nKeep client information updated:\nPhone\nEmail electronic\nPolicy type\nExpiration date\nStatus\nRecord calls, messages, agreements and progress in the CRM.\n3 Appointment Generation (Key Function)\nContact current clients to:\nPolicy review\nAdjustments and improvements\nRenewals\nContact new prospects (lists, referrals or leads).\nSchedule appointments for the advisor.\nConfirm attendance.\nFollow up with clients who have not respond.\n4 Customer Service\nAttention via WhatsApp and calls.\nSending reminders and notifications.\nRequest for documents.\nContinuous monitoring to guarantee an excellent experience.\n5 Administrative Organization\nControl and monitoring of pending issues.\nOrganization and management of files.\nPreparation of weekly results reports.\nPerformance Indicators (KPIs)\nPerformance will be evaluated based on:\n% of policies renewed\nNumber of appointments scheduled\nNumber of effective appointments\nNumber of prospects contacted\nIdeal Profile\nWe are looking for a person:\nHighly organized\nHonest and responsible\nFocused on results\nWith pleasure in closing pending issues\nWho enjoys interacting with people\nWith interest in growing and increasing their income\nRequirements\nAge: 25 years and older\nMinimum experience of 1 year as assistant\nOwn computer\nStable Internet\nManagement of Excel, Word, email and WhatsApp\nEasy to learn to use CRM\nSalary and Scheme\n $4,000 pesos per month (part-time)\n In addition:\nCommissions for appointments generated\nBonuses for renewals and results",
