At BC Tecnología, we are an IT consultancy that accompanies clients in Infrastructure services, Software Development and solutions for Business Units. We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Operational PMO) to support the implementation of Webdox and Brevity platforms. The role ensures coordination between the Legal area and corporate areas such as IT, Architecture, Security and Procurement, focusing on operational management, process survey, activity monitoring and transversal communication to advance a high visibility initiative. You will work on innovative projects with high-level clients, within a collaborative environment oriented toward continuous learning.

Coordinate activities, meetings and work flows between the Legal area and the corporate areas involved, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Raise, document and validate processes and requirements together with the Legal area and business teams.
Prepare and maintain schedules, work plans, progress reports and meeting minutes for effective follow-up.
Monitor project milestones, dependencies and risks, managing mitigations to meet deadlines.
Manage project information with productivity and tracking tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira or equivalent): capture progress, issues and decisions.
Support daily project management and provide direct support to the initiative leader to facilitate execution.

We are looking for a professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably with experience in process surveying and working with business areas. You must demonstrate communication, organization, teamwork skills and the ability to document and structure information clearly. Experience in projects with legal or compliance areas, and use of productivity and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Jira or other) will be an advantage. No formal certifications are required (PMI, Scrum, etc.).
