OBJECTIVE OF THE CALL
Equilibrium seeks to add 01 Jr. Project Coordinator to support the execution of research projects aimed at social and economic development in Guatemala.

FUNCTIONS
Participate in the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate and communicate with teams of surveyors and other key collaborators.
Organize field logistics for telephone or in-person surveys.
Facilitate focus groups, interviews and training workshops with beneficiaries and allied actors, according to the needs of the project.
Design instruments and systematize the results obtained in the surveys.
Carry out reviews and systematization of secondary sources of information.
Contribute to the analysis of results and the preparation of reports and presentations for clients.
Provide support in administrative and logistical tasks related to assigned projects.
Support the general operation and commercial strategy of the company, contributing to the comprehensive development of its initiatives.",
