Job description:

Home Instead is hiring a high-performing Client Care & Sales Coordinator to manage inbound U.S. inquiries, qualify families, and schedule consultations that convert into new clients.

This is not a script-reading role. We're looking for someone confident in English who can build trust, think consultatively, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from U.S. families
Use consultative sales to identify needs
Schedule consultations qualified
Follow up consistently with unconverted leads
Maintain ~40–50 daily call activities
Log all activity in CRM
Compensation

$600 USD per month (independent contractor)
Increases after 6 months based on performance
Performance bonus per client start:
Clients 1–3: ~$25 each
Clients 4–6: ~$35 each
Clients 7+: ~$45 each
Interviews will be conducted fully in English.
