Job Description
We are looking for a content and conversion copywriter to create performance-oriented texts on multiple digital channels. The selected person will be responsible for developing conversion and SEO optimized copy, maintaining brand consistency and continually improving performance through data and testing.
Responsibilities:
Create high-quality texts aimed at conversion for websites, landings, emails and campaigns.
Write CTAs, commercial materials and sales funnel content.
Develop SEO-optimized content aligned with search intent.
Design and optimize landing pages with a focus on CRO.
Use AI tools efficiently to support the creative process.
Edit and improve content ensuring clarity, coherence and quality.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Analyze content performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Iterate copies based on results and experimentation.
Collaborate with marketing, design and development teams.
Manage briefs and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing or similar positions.
Text editing and review skills.
SEO knowledge.
Experience writing conversion-oriented texts (landings, funnels, CTAs).
Performance analysis and optimization capabilities.
Strategic use of AI tools.
Attention to detail and consistency of brand tone.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects with speed and quality.
Organized, pragmatic and solution-oriented profile.
