We are looking for a copywriter focused on conversion to create results-oriented texts in different formats. The selected person will be responsible for the creation and optimization of funnels, messages and campaigns, with a focus on performance and user behavior.
Responsibilities:
Create conversion-oriented copy in different formats and channels.
Assume responsibility for funnels and customer journeys.
Define messages with a strong understanding of the audience and their motivations.
Perform campaign testing and optimization.
Propose ideas and execute them with autonomy and focus on impact.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in direct response copywriting.
Demonstrable track record of results in performance campaigns.
Knowledge of sales psychology.
Experience working with AI tools as part of the workflow.
Fluent German level.
