We are looking for a person specialized in creating scripts for UGC content oriented to performance marketing on social networks. The position is focused on developing advertising concepts for short-form videos that generate conversions on platforms such as TikTok and Meta.
Responsibilities:
Script high-performing UGC content for paid campaigns on TikTok, Meta and other short-form platforms.
Develop creative concepts, hooks, video structures and conversion-oriented advertising angles.
Collaborate with creative teams, editors, creators and media buying teams to optimize ad performance.
Adapt messages and scripts based on performance data and creative test results.
Contribute to the ideation of organic content for social networks when necessary.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in writing scripts for video content on social networks.
Experience creating scripts for UGC content.
Knowledge of TikTok and Reels formats: hooks, retention, rhythm and creator narrative.
Ability to write direct response copy that sounds natural and authentic.
Portfolio or examples of work in UGC or organic content on social networks.
Experience in social media advertising (valued).
