We are looking for a creative and strategic person to join the marketing and content team, specialized in creating texts for the Web3 and crypto ecosystem. The role combines advertising writing, educational content and brand storytelling in a highly dynamic environment, with strong use of artificial intelligence tools.
Responsibilities:
Write high-quality copy in multiple formats: long articles, landing pages, emails, advertisements, social media posts and product content.
Translate complex concepts of the crypto ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, staking, tokenomics, among others) into clear and attractive messages.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Use AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT and other agent-based systems) to increase the efficiency and quality of content, always maintaining human editorial standards.
Collaborate with product, design and marketing teams on campaigns, launches and growth narratives.
Research trends in Web3 and crypto to ensure relevant and up-to-date content.
Participate in the creation of creative concepts and communication frameworks.
Review and edit content generated by AI or other team members.
Occasionally support creative briefs for visual content and AI-generated images.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience as a copywriter, content strategist or creative with a solid portfolio.
Writing skills adaptable to different tones and formats.
Narrative capacity: ability to structure clear and persuasive stories and messages.
Experience editing and improving own and third-party content.
Solid knowledge of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, tokenomics, exchanges, wallets, etc.).
Previous experience working on projects or companies in the Web3 sector (valued).
Ability to adapt messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
Awareness of regulatory and reputational risks in the crypto sector.
Experience using AI tools as part of professional workflow.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization of AI outputs.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented attitude.
Interest in the intersection between creativity and artificial intelligence.
