Occasional after-hours support may be required.\nContract: Colombian employment contract\nSalary: $5.500.000 COP - $6.000.000 COP\n\nRole Summary:\nWe are seeking a Corporate Travel Account Manager to oversee the daily management of corporate travel accounts and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality service. This role combines client relationship management, operational coordination, and travel technology support. The ideal candidate will work closely with corporate clients, internal teams, and travel administrators to ensure smooth travel program operations, strong reporting, and continuous service improvement.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManage assigned corporate travel accounts, ensuring excellent service and operational efficiency.\nDistribute corporate reports to clients in a timely and accurate manner.\nPrepare corporate invoices and oversee billing processes, including credit card reconciliations.\nLead the onboarding of new corporate accounts, including account setup, fee structures, and staff assignments.\nTrain and support corporate and ticketing associates working with assigned accounts.\nDeploy and support travel management tools such as Concur, Grasp Dashboard, Magnatech, Travelsoft (Mid-office QC), and Sabre Auto-Ticketer.\nTroubleshoot system or IT-related issues impacting corporate accounts and administrators.\nOversee the loading of corporate fares and soft dollar programs into Sabre.\nSupport corporate rate agreements and travel program performance reviews, providing insights and recommendations.\nIdentify opportunities for program improvement and account growth.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience in Corporate Travel Account Management, Corporate Travel Consulting, or as a Senior Corporate Travel Agent.\nExperience working within a Travel Management Company (TMC) or corporate travel department is highly preferred.\nProficiency in Sabre, Concur, Grasp, and Magnatech.\nWorking knowledge of Trams.\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAdvanced English (professional written and verbal communication).\n\nIdeal Background:\nSuccessful candidates may come from environments such as:\nTravel Management Companies (TMCs) supporting corporate travel accounts.\nCorporate travel departments managing internal travel programs.\nExecutive Travel Assistants supporting senior leadership and coordinating complex travel arrangements.\nExperience supporting travel platforms such as Concur, Deem, or similar tools at a user level, along with strong comfort working with data, reporting, and travel program performance, is highly valued.",
