Job Description

1. Content Strategy and Direct Response (Digital):

Thoroughly investigate the fitness/healthy consumer, identifying their pains, objections and purchase motivations.

Design the structure and write the scripts (storyboards and hooks) for conversion-focused video ads (UGC) for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

Write persuasive copy (Copywriting) for ads, Email Marketing flows and text optimizations in our Shopify store.

2. Commercial Strategy and Trade Marketing (Physical Channel / B2B):

Design the narrative and visual architecture of the commercial portfolio, Media Kit and executive presentations for prospecting new wholesale clients (gyms, department stores, distributors).

Conceptualize POP material (speakers, traffic breakers, displays, menus) to guarantee that the product rotates successfully in cafeterias and allied physical points.

3. Creative Team Leadership and Analysis:

Coordinate and supervise the work of the Graphic Designer and the Content Creator, ensuring that deliveries comply with the brand's premium aesthetic line and are delivered on time.

Analyze creative performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, Hook Rate) weekly with the Media Buyer to iterate ads in an agile way.",
