At Outmind Agency we are looking for that creative person who wants to grow with us. We are an agency that is starting with everything and we need someone "fixer", proactive and with an excellent aesthetic eye to enhance our brands in the digital world.

What will you do?

Your mission is to translate strategies into visual content that retains and sells. We focus 100% on digital, so forget about designing brochures or business cards; here we want impact on the screen:

- Graphic design: You will create and optimize images, illustrations and infographics for social networks and websites. The objective is to facilitate the understanding of products/services in a visual and attractive way.

- Video editing: This is key. We are not looking for cinematic animations, we are looking for retention. We need you to edit UGC style content that feels organic and authentic for TikTok/Reels, and dynamic VSL type videos, with good hooks, subtitles and precise cuts for ads.

- Visual identity: You will ensure that the brand looks impeccable everywhere. You will guarantee consistency (colors, fonts, style) in each digital touchpoint, ensuring that everything that comes out has the Outmind seal.

- Retouching and perfecting: Editing and photographic retouching for campaigns. Let the photos stand out and look professional.

- Creative brain and trends: You will collaborate directly with the marketing team to have all the information to create your pieces. Additionally, we need you to be curious: to research design trends and viral formats to constantly bring fresh ideas to the table.

What you need:

- Hardware and software: We give you the licenses (Adobe, Canva, etc.), but you provide the machine. You need to have your own computer capable of handling fluid video editing and design without getting stuck.

- Training: Graphic Designer, Publicist or similar (or self-taught with a portfolio to prove it).

- Location: Exclusively being from Region V (Viña, Valpo, Concón, Quilpué, Villa Alemana).

The coordinates of the work:

- Salary: $600,000 liquid.

- 90% Online Mode: Work from home, managing your own space.

- Without Fixed Schedule: We operate 100% by objectives. We don't care what time you do it, we care that you complete the agreed tasks within the estimated times. Trust and responsibility above all.

- 10% In-person: We meet occasionally for strategic or creative meetings.
