About Lena
Lena accompanies Spanish-speaking mothers to reduce exposure to toxins in their homes. We do this through digital services (online courses, product info and memberships). We are growing: more followers, more content, new products, new networks. If you are good at what you do and commit to the project, this is a place where you will grow.
What are you going to do
Your main responsibility is to create and schedule 3 daily posts for Instagram.
This involves planning the week's content taking into account the sales calendar: what is being communicated, what is the objective, what is the call to action.
We normally create content from:
Content based on what Lena already published: you take an old post, change the hook, adjust the carousel, give it new life.
Generic hooks tailored to Lena's niche: You see a hook that works in another account or industry and bring it into our message.
Content inspired by trends or accounts from other niches with good reach, applied to what Lena communicates.
The central job is the hook. Make someone stop. That's what matters most.
A fundamental part of the role is to close the circle: if a post promises to send something to whoever comments on a word, that has to arrive, work and fulfill the objective. That involves managing flows in ManyChat, reviewing and adapting copy, checking that triggers are properly configured, and looking at statistics to correct what isn't working. The content makes sense only if the entire cycle works.
How we work
The first week we start with a meeting so that you understand Lena's ecosystem and the details of the role. From there, we started co-creating meetings with quick feedback to adjust. The goal is that by the second week you will be creating on your own — we don't want a long adaptation period, we want you to get fully into it as soon as possible.
Daily communication via WhatsApp. Zoom meetings with camera and recording when necessary.
What we are looking for
Someone who thinks content, not just executes it. Let him look at a successful account and understand why it works. Let me take an old post from Lena and see how to make it stronger. Let him propose without waiting to be told what to do.
You need real experience creating content for Instagram — ideation, copy and result. Ability to quickly capture the voice of a brand and work within that universe. Criterion to know which hook has potential and which does not. Autonomy to sustain the pace of 3 posts a day without being pushed and to be able to increase as necessary.
We require a person with excellent spelling and attention to detail.
Use of AI: While we can use AI for content ideation, this cannot completely replace the human task. We do not use AI to write the posts or the copy.
We need you to be able to adapt quickly to the way we do things and, once you feel secure in the role, to be able to propose improvements.
Role details
Immediate start. We start with 2 weeks of testing: if both parties are satisfied, we continue and grow. Otherwise, everyone goes their own way — no one wastes time.
Our intention is for the role to evolve quickly by adding more posts per day and adding other social networks. Therefore, it is important that you have the availability to increase commitment in dedicated hours.
