Our unique focus on providing word-class accommodations to discerning groups of travelers in premier travel destinations, combined with a tech-enabled and data-driven business strategy, has allowed Heirloom to quickly carve out a unique space for itself within the highly competitive and rapidly evolving luxury hospitality rental industry. \nAs a growing, fast-moving brand, we value ownership, accountability, and independent leadership, especially in functions where we are actively building and scaling internal expertise.\nGeneral Overview\nThe Creative Marketing Manager is a hands-on ownership role responsible for leading and executing Heirlooms brand messaging, social media content, and email marketing efforts end-to-end. This role is designed for a self-directed, detail-oriented marketer who combines strong creative instincts with professional maturity, sound judgment, and accountability for results.\nThis is not a support or task-based role. You will be expected to independently plan, execute, measure, and continuously improve marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage our audience, and drive direct bookings. Success in this role requires the ability to operate with autonomy while maintaining high standards of communication, follow-through, and ownership.\nEssential Functions:\nOwn and lead Heirlooms social media strategy and execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), including content planning, posting cadence, creative development, performance tracking, and iteration with a clear focus on increasing brand visibility, audience growth, and engagement across channels.\nDesign, plan, and execute email marketing campaigns, including content development, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting to support brand awareness, guest engagement, and direct booking growth.\nManage and update website content through the CMS to support marketing campaigns, brand consistency, and conversion optimization.\nTrack, analyze, and report on performance metrics across social, email, and website initiatives to identify areas for improvement and recommend next steps.\nCreate high-impact visual and written content that reflects Heirlooms luxury design and travel aesthetic while supporting business objectives, guest trust, and brand credibility.\nCollaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to identify and execute co-marketing opportunities, local partnerships, and creator collaborations that align with brand standards and revenue goals while maintaining strong cross-functional communication and alignment across teams.\nContribute to UX-focused marketing initiatives that improve the host and guest journey, with the goal of driving 5-star reviews, repeat guests, and long-term brand loyalty.\nRequirements \nA bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years) in marketing or a related field.\nProficient in English with strong written communication skills.\nSubstantial experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), email marketing tools (MailChimp preferred), and various design/editing tools (Photoshop, Canva).\nDemonstrated experience owning marketing channels end-to-end, not just executing individual tasks.\nComfortable operating with limited oversight in a fast-moving environment.\nStrong professional judgment, prioritization skills, and follow-through.\nHigh level of accountability, reliability, and ownership mindsetespecially in a remote or offshore setting.\nExperience working with senior leadership or C-level executives is a plus.\nSchedule: \nThe individual in this role is required to work 9 am - 5 pm (local time) Monday through Friday.",
