What Youll Do:
Design and manage CRM workflows & multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, etc.)
Develop segmentation strategies for personalized experiences
Collaborate with marketing & sales to align CRM goals
Analyze campaign performance & deliver actionable insights
Ensure data integrity & compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Optimize lead nurturing & customer lifecycle journeys
Integrate CRM with other marketing platforms
What You Bring:
Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field
35 years of CRM & marketing automation experience
Hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Skilled in Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign
Strong grasp of email marketing, segmentation & personalization
Analytical mindset & reporting expertise
Excellent communication & project management skills
Bonus: HTML/CSS for email templates, A/B testing, SQL basics
Language Requirement:
Advanced English proficiency (C1) is a must! Spanish fluency is a big plus
