This remote role blends customer experience, operations coordination, and marketing supportideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and improving processes in an e-commerce environment.\nWhat Youll Do\nRespond to customer inquiries via email and phone (products, orders, shipping, returns, payments).\nSupport order management, including placement, tracking, changes, and fulfillment coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.\nResolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring full satisfaction.\nManage vendor relationships for merchandise production, warehousing, and fulfillment, including evaluation and cost negotiation.\nOversee inventory tracking and forecasting, coordinating with domestic and international warehouses.\nProvide administrative support on additional marketing projects as needed.\nWhat Were Looking For\n12 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or online retail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.\nSolid problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure.\nA customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).\nPreferred:\nFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.\nIf youre organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote setting, wed like to hear from you.",
