We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, scheduling, and customer support
Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Previous call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work remotely for a U.S.-based company
