Retention & Loyalty Sales Representative | WAHA Colombia \nJoin a high-impact retention and sales campaign supporting, one of the leading smart home security providers in North America. \nAt Teleperformance, youll engage with customers from the USA and Canada, focusing on loyalty, retention, and sales for home security services. This role is ideal for candidates with strong persuasion skills, customer focus, and a sales-driven mindset. \n \nWhat youll be doing: \n Handle retention and loyalty interactions for customers. \n Provide support related to home security services. \n Manage inbound and outbound calls with a sales component. \n Retain customers through effective objection handling and value-based selling. \n Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting sales and retention KPIs. \n Accurately document interactions and follow internal processes. \n \nWere looking for someone who: \n Has strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. \n Is customer-oriented with a clear sales mindset. \n Demonstrates resilience, empathy, and confidence in live interactions. \nConditions: \n Training salary: COP $2,800,000 / month \n Production salary: COP $2,800,000 / month \n Contract type: Indefinite term \n Language: English C1 \n Campaign type: WAHA (Work at Home) \n Workload: 42 hours per week | Full time \n Training (TRN): Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m. \n(3 weeks TRN + 2 weeks Nesting) \n Operations (OPS): \n 9:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m. | Weekends OFF \n 12:00 p.m. 9:30 p.m. | Weekends OFF \n \nBonuses / Benefits: \n Performance bonus over 15%, plus client commissions. \n WAHA Work At Home modality. \n Engagement team activities. \n Career development plan and growth opportunities. \n \nAbout the Campaign: \nThis is a Retention & Loyalty sales line supporting Vivints Home Security Services for customers in the USA and Canada.
