North American High-Fashion Company and Online Store is seeking to hire:
Customer Service Specialist – Fully Remote

Requirements:
\ •\ Minimum education level: High School Diploma; university studies preferred.
\ •\ At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service roles within multinational companies.
\ •\ Advanced English level (C1) with excellent pronunciation.
\ •\ Experience serving high-end / high-net-worth clients in the service sector is desirable.
\ •\ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
\ •\ Excellent English spelling and writing skills.
\ •\ Positive attitude and strong results-oriented mindset.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Salary Range: USD $1,800 – $2,000",
