Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a key role in daily operations, ensuring that clients, carriers, and internal teams remain fully aligned.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinating vehicle deliveries across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring schedules, logistical needs, and customer preferences are perfectly aligned.
Supporting the quoting process, reviewing requests, managing emails, and assisting with pricing strategies.
Keeping order data updated in internal systems.
Communicating professionally and empathetically with clients, managing approvals, deliveries, and documentation.
Monitoring operational performance, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring proper insurance documentation and compliance.
Mandatory Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (advanced) and French (intermediate).
Both languages are mandatory – language assessment will be conducted during the interview process.
Bachelor’s degree completed in logistics, transportation, customer service, or dispatch.
Strong customer service orientation.
Full availability to work 100% remotely.

We Offer
Monthly net salary range: $25,000 – $35,000 MXN, based on experience and qualifications.
