We are currently seeking a Data Engineer Trainee to join our team in Monterrey, ideally in a hybrid work model (1-2 days in-office).
This role is designed to provide hands-on learning by collaborating closely with the consulting team, gaining technical knowledge, and progressively participating in client projects.

Participate in training and certification programs on technical tools.
Collaborate with senior consultants on the implementation of BI solutions.
Assist with data preparation tasks and initial platform configurations under the guidance of experienced consultants.
Gain knowledge of techniques for integrating data from multiple sources.
Support the design and maintenance of databases and data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Work with the consulting team to understand business requirements and learn how to translate them into technical solutions.
Provide basic support to end users.

Education
Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
Previous experience in software implementation or similar technical consulting roles.
Knowledge and experience in SQL and Power BI(Tableau is a plus).
Familiarity with SCRUM methodology.
Advanced English proficiency(required).
