In this Data Engineer role, we focus on the life cycle of data: from when the sources enter the company, through the design and implementation of the solution, to the final use by different internal and external clients. Integrating, modeling, and putting into production ETL processes and analytical attributes is key to enabling reliable, scalable, and analytics-ready consumption.

As a Data Engineer, we will be responsible for the constant analysis of the sources, the design and the implementation of the data life cycle: from when it arrives at the company to the final use by the different internal and external clients.
Analysis of business requirements.
Data Design and Solution.
Implementation and Improvement of ETL processes.
In addition, we will work with modeling and data management technologies, with knowledge of the statistical area and basic modeling knowledge to put models and analytical attributes into production.

We look for you to have at least 2 years of experience with an ETL tool, for example: SSIS, Pentaho, Data Factory or others. We also require at least 2 years of experience with ETL development in one of the following languages: Java, Scala or Python.
Additionally, we need you to have at least 2 years of experience with database engines.
We will value knowledge related to modeling and data management technologies, knowledge of the statistical area and basic modeling knowledge for putting models and analytical attributes into production.
On a day-to-day basis, we expect you to be an analytical person, oriented towards continuous improvement and focused on delivering reliable solutions for internal and external clients. You will move between business requirements and technical implementation, maintaining clarity in the design of the solution and in the evolution of ETL processes.

At least one year with cloud experience (desirable, not exclusive).
At least one year with experience in CI/CD tools at the user level (non-development), for example: GoCD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or other.
Experience and judgment to support the production of analytical models and attributes, considering good data practices and operational continuity.
