TRC Logistics LLC - Synchron Permits Division
International logistics company specialized in managing and outsourcing permit and insurance services in the United States is hiring collaborators for a general entry-level position with paid training and later assignment to a specific area. This role is designed for candidates with a background in IT-related tasks, data handling, or customer service, as daily responsibilities involve administrative work, data analysis, and direct communication with international clients.
CORE REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)
To qualify for this position, candidates must have AT LEAST ONE of the following backgrounds:
A) Experience in customer service (calls, messaging, support, follow-up).
B) Knowledge in IT-related areas, such as:
*Data entry
*Data analysis
*System management
*Programming, design, or related fields
Additionally:
* Good computer and digital tools skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Advanced English (mandatory).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Due to the nature of the everyday tasks we need at least:
* Computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM
* Stable and strong internet connection
* Quiet environment suitable for calls
* High-quality microphone
* Smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of installing work-related apps
Also, if you have a good level in Russian or Romanian language, in addition to English, your posibilities are higher. If you have this skill make sure to include it on your resume.
WORK SCHEDULE
Thursday to Saturday 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Argentina time).
TRAINING & SALARY
Paid training period: 1 month (3 days of training each week, during 4 weeks)
Training salary: USD 120 (paid after the training month)
Base salary after the training: USD 240 (monthly)
Payment frequency: Bi-weekly
Salary increase of USD 50 every 3 months scaling up to USD 2,000. Once the limit is reached, salary is renegotiated to continue increasing
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Data entry, validation, and analysis

* Communication with international clients (emails, messages, and/or calls)
