At C&S we are looking for a Senior Oracle Database Administrator to join a long-term international project. We are looking for a profile with solid experience in Oracle database administration, capable of leading technical initiatives, optimizing critical environments and providing high-level support in business environments.\nWhat will be your challenge?\nAs Senior Oracle DBA, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing mission-critical Oracle platforms, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and maintaining a close relationship with clients and stakeholders. In addition, you will provide technical leadership, drive continuous improvements and participate in update, migration and high availability projects.\nModality\n100% remote.\nWorking hours in Chile (09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).\nOn-call: One week a month.\nDependency relationship with C&S.\nResponsibilities\nManage, install, configure, update and maintain Oracle databases.\nDesign and implement solutions based on Oracle Database.\nManage Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM and Oracle Data Guard environments.\nMonitor, analyze and optimize the performance of databases.\nDesign and execute backup and recovery strategies using RMAN.\nManage complex incidents and provide high-level technical support.\nParticipate in change management processes, upgrades and migrations.\nPerform capacity planning and preventive maintenance.\nDetect improvement opportunities proactive.\nManage Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) / Oracle Cloud Control.\nDocument procedures, standards and operational processes.\nProvide mentoring and training to other team members.\nMaintain fluid communication with clients, stakeholders and technical teams.\nRequirements\nMore than 6 years of experience as Oracle Database Administrator.\nConversational English to interact with the client in calls and meetings.\nSolid knowledge of Oracle architecture and design of solutions.\nExperience managing: Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle GoldenGate\nExperience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) / Oracle Cloud Control.\nAdvanced use of Oracle tools such as: SQL*Plus, RMAN, Data Pump, DBCA, DBUA, Net Manager, NetCA\nExperience in troubleshooting, tuning and performance optimization.\nExperience in backup & recovery, capacity planning, upgrades and migrations.\nExcellent communication and customer orientation skills.\nWe will value\nExperience with Oracle Multitenant Architecture (CDB/PDB).\nKnowledge in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.",
