DELIVERY OPERATIONS PROFESSIONAL - Bilingual

Objective:
Provide support to the functions and operational tasks of the Delivery area to guarantee efficient and fluid management of processes, contributing to the fulfillment of strategic objectives and continued improvement of the service within the organization.

Main Activities:

Act as a link between leadership and operations, ensuring the correct execution of tasks and delivery processes.

Establish relationships of trust based on integrity, honesty and collaboration with different interest groups.

Generate efficiencies by improving the integration of business systems and promoting the appropriate use of corporate tools.

Comply with defined performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate results and operational efficiency.

Ensure that all processes and activities related to the business are carried out in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, providing a positive experience for employees and customers.

Demonstrate a service attitude and agile and effective communication with internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Contribute to improving customer and candidate satisfaction metrics (Net Promoter Scores). Identify and promote collaboration opportunities between the different lines of business at ManpowerGroup, driving continued improvement in processes and procedures.

Represent the organization in relevant communities and position itself as a reference in World of Work issues.

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration o Industrial Engineering o Human Resources o Business Related or similar.

Written and Conversational English Advanced or Native Required (Communication and immediate reporting to the team in the United States)

2 years in a similar role in industry, customer service, Excel and Ticketing systems such as Jira, Trello or similar.

2 years of experience in Human Resources equivalent

We offer:

Base fee $25,000

Payments higher than the ley: 10% of pantry vouchers, 35% of primary vacancy, SGMM, 13% of ahorro fund, 20 days of aguinaldo.
