About the team
We're looking for a hands-on demand generation manager to own campaign execution in support of Alloy's mid-market banking segment and partner marketing motion.
This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution and partner activation, building and running the programs that generate pipeline from mid-market banks and credit unions, while also coordinating the marketing engine behind Alloy's growing partner ecosystem. You'll work closely with AEs, Partner Managers, and the broader marketing team to make sure every event, webinar, and campaign has strong follow-through from first touch to pipeline.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Demand Generation, this role also carries a dotted-line relationship with the Principal Partner Marketer, giving you close alignment to both the campaign strategy driving mid-market growth and the partner program priorities shaping Alloy's ecosystem motion. This is a high-execution role for someone who is organized, action-oriented, and eager to develop deep channel expertise within a team that's building scalable, repeatable campaign systems aligned to each of Alloy's key segments.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.
What you'll be doing
Execute Campaigns Across the Mid-Market Partner Ecosystem
Work closely with the Principal Partner Marketer to develop a campaign plan that is aligned to partner priorities, joint pipeline goals, and co-marketing commitments
Market with: execute multi-channel campaigns with partners that highlight Alloy's integrated value proposition
Market to: run demand programs targeting specific cohorts of partner clients and prospects
Coordinate pre- and post-event logistics for partner conferences, co-hosted webinars, and field events — including outreach, follow-up campaigns, and lead handoff to Sales and Partner Managers
Enable AEs with campaign briefs and outbound materials for seamless handoffs in campaign execution
Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign execution, including content iteration, audience targeting, and campaign setup
Build Repeatable Demand Programs
Design and execute segmented nurture programs based on persona, funnel stage, partner relationship, and engagement signals
Own performance of paid and digital channels (LinkedIn, Search, Reachdesk, and emerging programs) as part of integrated campaign strategy
Test and iterate on messaging, audiences, and offers — bringing learnings back to the broader team and contributing to repeatable playbooks that scale across segments
Monitor Performance & Optimize
Ensure consistent campaign tracking, tagging, and reporting in partnership with RevOps
Monitor campaign performance from lead through to opportunity for mid-market programs
Identify gaps in conversion and engagement and surface recommendations to the team
Use performance data to continuously improve execution quality and efficiency
Who we’re looking for
3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, campaign management, or growth marketing
Experience executing multi-channel campaigns — you've run programs across email, paid, webinars, and/or events and can speak to the results
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or HubSpot) — you've built or actively managed campaigns and nurture flows, not just observed them
Strong project management skills — you're highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to keep multiple programs moving simultaneously
Comfortable working closely with Sales and partner-facing teams; you understand the handoff process
Exposure to paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Search) as part of integrated programs is a plus
Some experience with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them into your workflows to move faster and work smarter
Motivated by pipeline metrics and conversion outcomes, not just campaign activity
We're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. If this all sounds like a good fit for you, why not join us?
