Job Description

•\ 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in CSM and ITSM modules.
•\ Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Frameworks.
•\ Experience in:
o\ Analysis and translation of functional requirements into technical solutions.
o\ Customization and configuration of CSM and ITSM modules.
o\ Creation and modification of Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts and workflows.
o\ Use of Flowdesigner to automate tasks or processes.
o\ Execution of tests with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
o\ Integration projects with external systems through services and tools such as MID Servers.
•\ Knowledge of:
o\ ITSM and CSM modules.
o\ REST APIs.
o\ Service portal.
