Job Description:
We are looking for a SAP ABAP HR Developer to join the Freeport team. The candidate will be responsible for ABAP development in the Human Resources module, working on HR structures, infotypes and payroll functionalities, ensuring the correct operation and optimization of the area's processes.
Responsibilities:
ABAP development and support in the HR module.
Management of HR structures, infotypes and payroll operations.
Participation in HR process improvement and optimization projects.
Collaboration with functional and technical teams to ensure the correct implementation of solutions.
Mandatory requirements:
Solid knowledge in ABAP.
More than 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR.
Experience with HR structures, infotypes and payroll processes.
Desirable:
Advanced English level.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Phoenix) that is, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Argentina time
