The role involves designing and building scalable Android applications using Kotlin and modern architecture patterns, with a focus on maintaining clean, quality code. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in technical and architectural decisions.
Responsibilities:
Design and create Android applications using Kotlin and architectures such as MVVM.
Apply clean and maintainable code principles, using Gradle and unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) to ensure code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners and stakeholders, and contribute to technical and architectural discussions.
Design fit-for-purpose solutions and participate in code reviews.
Mentor other engineers and support technical strategy by promoting engineering practices.
Requirements:
Commercial experience in Android development with Kotlin.
Hands-on experience with modern Android architectures and scalable mobile applications.
Understanding of clean, maintainable code and Gradle-based Android projects.
Hands-on experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito).
Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Experience mentoring engineers and presenting technical concepts to internal teams.
