Profile: Sr. Angular Developer - Design Systems Specialist

Required:
- Professional in Software Engineering, IT or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in development with Angular and 2+ years in building Design Systems components.

Experience in:
- Construction of scalable component libraries aligned to design systems (Design Systems)
- Transformation of Figma specifications to code.
- Implementation of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Unit tests and component testing.
- Management of frontend design patterns and performance optimization.
- Agile methodologies.

Knowledge:
- Angular (Advanced)
- Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less)
- Use of Figma (as a design and handoff tool)
- Git (version control)

Skills:
- Technical leadership and transversal communication.
- Systemic thinking.
- Teamwork and collaboration.

Desirable:
- Experience in the evolution of official catalogs of institutional components.
- Experience in structured technical documentation for developers.
