We are looking for a backend developer with experience in Go and Python to work on the development of a B2A API that integrates different external partners. The position includes technical participation and coordination of small teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain API services with high traffic volume.
Participate in architectural design and technical decisions.
Review code and ensure quality in deliveries.
Assume responsibility for assigned services, from design to production.
Collaborate on team planning, refinement and retrospectives.
Coordinate with other areas and parties involved.
Requirements:
More than 4 years of experience in backend development.
Experience with high volume traffic systems.
Experience in API design and development.
Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
English level B1 or higher.
Knowledge of design patterns.
Experience in monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana).
Ability to organize tasks and estimate deadlines.
Initiative to detect and resolve technical problems.
Experience with Go and Python.
Knowledge of REST API and gRPC.
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Use of tools such as Docker, Git and CI/CD (GitLab CI).
Valuable:
Experience in technical coordination or support for other profiles.
Knowledge of OpenAPI or Swagger.
Experience with SLO and SLI.
