Job Description
We are looking for a person to join the backend team, focused on the development of scalable APIs and high-performance systems. The role includes designing robust services, integrations with payment platforms and participating in event-based architectures.
Responsibilities:
Develop REST APIs using Kotlin or Java, guaranteeing scalability, reliability and high performance.
Implement secure integrations with payment platforms (such as Stripe or similar ones).
Design and maintain RESTful services and event-based architectures.
Manage data storage in relational databases.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Continuously improve backend quality, security, and performance.
Requirements:
More than 6 years of experience in backend development.
Experience in Java or Kotlin.
Demonstrable experience in design and implementation of REST APIs.
Experience with PostgreSQL and transactional systems.
Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe or equivalent.
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka.
Practical knowledge of Linux environments.
Experience in application security and secure development.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude or similar).
