Job Description
Seeking a professional to design, develop and maintain enterprise applications, as well as manage user requests related to new development and support of existing IT systems. The position involves preparing documentation, executing software tests and participating in code reviews, following the development standards applied in the department. It is also required to track development and maintenance tasks, as well as update knowledge of systems development technologies as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain business applications.
Process user requests for the development of new applications and support of existing systems.
Prepare documentation related to the development and maintenance of business applications.
Run and implement software tests and participate in code reviews.
Comply with development standards applied within the department.
Track development, maintenance and related tasks in the tracking system used on the team.
Keep up to date with systems development technologies and update professional skills as necessary.
Requirements:
Knowledge of building web applications.
Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript (ES+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Webpack.
Knowledge of C#, Microsoft .NET frameworks, Blazor and best practices.
Knowledge of unit testing, knowledge of other testing methods is a plus.
Knowledge of Transact SQL, MS SQL, functions, stored procedures, and other SQL objects.
Familiarity with software analysis, testing, and code debugging.
Ability to write efficient, high-quality and easily testable code.
Orientation to teamwork and compliance with deadlines, with effective communication.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related discipline.
Complete command of English.
