We are looking for a Business Developer with B2B experience to expand the client portfolio in the automotive, transportation, fleet and industrial sectors.

Develop and execute the commercial strategy at the national level.
Expand the client portfolio in the automotive, transportation, fleet and industrial sectors.
Identify and attract new strategic clients (workshops, agribusiness, heavy transportation, industry).
Manage commercial negotiations, payment conditions and margins.
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Manage active customer portfolio and ensure continuous repurchase.
Supervise accounts receivable and customer credit control.
Develop and structure networks of distributors and sub-distributors.
Analyze competition and market share.
Provide technical advice in automotive and industrial applications.
Prepare sales forecast and performance indicator (KPI) reports.
Coordinate regional vendors when applicable.
Technical knowledge of lubricants, industrial greases and coolants.
Management of technical standards
API, SAE and ISO

Experience in industrial B2B sales.
Development of commercial portfolio and market opening.
Management of pricing structures, discounts and margins.
Management of credit and collection policies.
Management of CRM and commercial digital tools.
Preparation of forecast and analysis of commercial indicators.
Experience in development of distribution channels.
