Job Description
The engineering team is looking for a developer to lead real-world and complex technical challenges, working on an extensive code base where analysis and modeling capabilities are key.
The mobile team uses an attractive technical stack: Kotlin Multiplatform, with 80% of the code base already migrated, complemented by Kotlin/Jetpack Compose on Android and Swift/SwiftUI on iOS. Additionally, it is integrated into an R&D team that enables rapid progress thanks to a decentralized peer review process, pair programming, and active knowledge sharing between senior engineers.
Responsibilities:
Lead complex technical challenges on a broad and modular code base.
Participate in systematic peer code reviews and ensure automated testing in each PR.
Work on mobile development using Kotlin Multiplatform, Kotlin/Jetpack Compose and Swift/SwiftUI.
Contribute to the advancement of the team through pair programming and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Initial experience in native Android development.
Interest and willingness to learn and develop in Kotlin Multiplatform and iOS.
I like to learn new technologies and apply them in practice.
Motivation to work in a scale-up with performance and quality challenges.
Comfort with algorithms and programming logic.
Fluent English (B2 level or equivalent).
