Position Objective\n\nLead the development, maintenance and modernization of our in-house CRM. The role involves ensuring current operation while migrating the system to new technologies in a modular manner, ensuring stability, quality and continuous improvements.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nMaintain and optimize the current CRM (legacy code).\nPerform refactoring and progressive migration to new technologies.\nDevelop web (Next.js) and mobile modules (Kotlin / iOS).\nImplement unit tests and integrations to ensure quality.\nMonitor errors using Crash Analytics tools.\nAttend to internal user requirements and convert them into technical solutions.\nParticipate in deployments in Apache Tomcat and administration in UNIX.\nManage databases in MariaDB.\nAttend to critical incidents and support releases of new versions.\n\nEssential experience and knowledge\n\nSystem Modernization\n\nRefactoring and modular migration of legacy code.\nTesting (unitary and integration).\nImplementation of Crash Analytics (web and mobile).\nTechnological Stack\n\nFront-end / Web: Next.js\nBack-end / Infrastructure: Apache Tomcat, UNIX\nDatabase: MariaDB\nMobile: Kotlin (Android) and experience in native iOS\nTools\nManagement of AI for optimization (specify tools used).\nIDEs and development tools (VSCode, Android Studio, etc.).\nCompetences\n\nInternal customer orientation (priority).\nAbility to understand functional needs and translate them into technical solutions.\nSense of urgency and high responsibility in deliveries.\nSelf-management and work by objectives.\nClear communication and documentation capacity.\nAvailability\n\nCritical attention during deployments and launches.\nQuick response to failures.\nTraining\n\nBachelor's degree or engineering in Systems, Computer Science or similar (desirable; not essential with demonstrable experience).\n\nWe offer: \n\nType of hiring: By project with deliverables defined by phases.\nSalary to be negotiated according to experience and knowledge\nSchedule: Flexible, with follow-up meetings and weekly deliveries.
