You will be the technical reference of the team, participating in architecture, development, integration and operation decisions of a critical solution that requires high standards of availability, security and scalability.

What will be your mission?
Guarantee the continuity, evolution, security and performance of the digital asset platform, leading Full Stack development, technological architecture, integrations with specialized services and the implementation of good engineering practices, DevSecOps and secure development.
What will you do?Lead the development and evolution of Frontend, Backend and Mobile applications.Design and implement scalable architectures based on APIs, microservices and asynchronous processing.Manage development, testing and production environments under DevSecOps practices.Manage repositories, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, rollback and version control.Guarantee the stability, availability and observability of the platform.Implement integrations with custody solutions, KYC/KYB, AML, blockchain analytics and external services. Ensure application security by applying OWASP, OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC, MFA and secure credential management standards. Lead code reviews, technical documentation and good development practices. Attend second and third level incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvements. Provide technical support and mentoring to the development team.
RequirementsProfessional Training in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related careers. English level B2/C1
ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in software development.At least 3 years performing functions as Full Stack Technical Leader or managing productive platforms.Experience in Fintech, Wallets, Digital Assets, Tokenization, Blockchain or regulated platforms.Experience in developing high availability applications.Experience in design and integration of APIs, databases, cloud services and CI/CD processes.Experience in incident management and operation of critical platforms.Leading experience desirable. technical equipment.
Technical knowledgeWe are looking for experience in most of the following technologies: Backend, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Frontend, React, Next.js
Architecture: REST APIs, WebSockets, Microservices SQL Databases, NoSQL
Infrastructure: Docker, Linux, Cloud Computing, CI/CD
Security: OWASP, OAuth2 / OIDC, MFA, RBAC, Encryption and Hashing
Desirable experience in: Fireblocks, Sumsub, Chainalysis, Custodial and non-custodial Blockchain Wallets Ledger, Smart Contracts, TokenizationKYC/KYB, AML/KYT, Travel Rule
Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure or GCP). DevOps or DevSecOps Certifications. Software Architecture Certifications. Application Security Training. Knowledge in Blockchain and Digital Assets.
