Full Stack Developer
with solid experience in frontend and backend development, who actively participates in the design, construction and evolution of our digital platforms. The role requires a strong focus on code quality, good engineering practices, and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.

in regional expansion.
Main responsibilities
Develop and maintain functionalities in both frontend and backend, ensuring quality, scalability and maintainability of the code.
Actively participate in the design of technical solutions together with the engineering team.
Review
pull requests
of the team, ensuring quality standards and good practices.
Correct bugs, improve performance and refactor existing systems.
Collaborate closely with the different areas of the company to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in the definition of technical requirements and effort estimates.
Write orderly, self-documented and testable code.
Implement and maintain unit tests, integration tests and automated functional tests.
Follow good security, performance and version control practices.
Support the operation of productive systems and the resolution of incidents.
Propose technical improvements that allow the platform to scale sustainably.
Document technical solutions and relevant processes.

Technical skills and experience
Proven experience in React and React Native for frontend development.
Solid command of Ruby on Rails for backend development.
Experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis.
Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows.
Experience in CI/CD practices, ideally with GitLab.
Knowledge of hexagonal architecture (desirable).
Experience or familiarity with micro frontends (desirable).
Good understanding of security, performance and scalability principles.
Work environment and methodology
Infrastructure: Environment based on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Deployment: Integration and continuous deployment using GitLab CI/CD.
Version control: Advanced use of Git.
Collaborative work under agile methodologies and engineering sessions for technical decision making.
