At Equifax Chile, we lead large-scale Ecommerce initiatives for clients in the financial and retail sector, applying modern architectures, security and scalability to support millions of transactions. The project combines customer data, robust backend services, and rich front-end user experiences. We will work in a cloud-oriented ecosystem, integrating Data Fabric and CSA Toolset with our internal systems to deliver high availability and performance solutions. Design, develop and scale high-performance Ecommerce solutions, from the backend to the user interface.
Apply modern development practices (microservices, serverless, CI/CD, infrastructure as code).
Perform unit, integration and performance testing; debug and solve complex code problems.
Participate in estimating, use case specifications, plan and testing reviews, and project planning.
Document code and processes to facilitate the involvement of new developers.
Collaborate in the integration with internal systems, Data Fabric and CSA Toolset.
Contribute to technology roadmap and architecture discussions to align IT with the business vision.
Work in an agile team, leading Sprint deliverables and managing task complexity.
Classify and resolve product or system problems, ensuring service quality.
Write clean and maintainable code in Java and TypeScript, integrating Angular 17+ and Java/Spring.

We are looking for a professional with a solid foundation in computer engineering or related careers and demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in software development. You must possess:
Familiarity with Java (J2EE/Spring), TypeScript and Angular 17 or higher; experience in frontend development with HTML/CSS and a strong orientation to UX.
2+ years using build tools (Maven or Gradle) and version control (Git, SVN).
Experience with software testing, performance and quality strategies, and cloud environments (GCP preferred).
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and good security and scalability practices.
Experience in agile environments (Scrum/XP) and ability to work in multicultural and distributed teams.
English at an intermediate level (technical reading and basic communications).
Previous projects in Ecommerce, experience with Data Fabric, CSA Toolset and microservices architecture will be valued.

Results-oriented profile with the ability to solve complex problems. Preferable experience in:
Advanced Angular 17+ and development of rich user experience interfaces.
Java 17+ or higher, Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
Source code control systems (Git/Github) and build tools such as Maven/Gradle.
Agile environments (Scrum/XP), relational databases and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
