Position Objective\nLead the development and modernization of in-house CRM. The role involves maintaining the current operation while migrating the system to new technologies in a modular way, ensuring quality through rigorous testing and error management.\nEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN:\nQuality, Maintenance and Modernization\nIt is essential that the candidate has experience managing the code life cycle:\nCode Migration (Refactoring): \nDemonstrable ability to take old code (Legacy) and rewrite it or migrate it to new technologies progressively and by modules, without breaking the current operation.\nTesting and QA: Execution of tests (unit and integration) to ensure stability before each delivery.\nCrash Analytics: Implementation and monitoring of error analysis tools (Crash Analytics) to detect failures in real time both on the web and mobile and react immediately.\nQUALITIES AND COMPETENCES:\nCustomer Orientation and Service (Key Competency)\nCustomer Service Internal User: High capacity and patience to understand the needs of CRM users and translate their problems into technical solutions.\nLevel of Competence: A high level (4/5) in Customer Orientation is required, ensuring that the software really solves business problems.\nTechnological Stack and Environment (Essential)\nInfrastructure:\nOperating Systems: Solid knowledge of UNIX for administration and WEB publishing.\nServer: Experience deploying in Apache Tomcat.\nDatabase: Management of MariaDB.\nFull-Stack Development:\nWeb: Proficient in Next.js.\nMobile: Native development in Kotlin (Android) and experience in iOS.\nTools:\nUse of AI for optimization.
